Is to be a local fellowship that is; committed to glorifying God by celebrating the supremacy of Christ in all things. That passionately pursues obedience to God’s holy, infallible and eternal Word. That seeks God to, by His mighty Holy Spirit, sovereignly bring sinners to repentance and believers to fruitfulness. We labour to realise this through fervency in prayer and the practice of personal holiness and submission to God’s will. We believe in passionately giving of our time, efforts and resources for Ministry/Missions endeavours locally and abroad.
Hope Christian Church Believes
In The deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His Virgin Birth and incarnation, His sinless life, His miracles, His victorious and atoning death through His shed blood on the cross of Calvary, His bodily resurrection from the dead on the third day, His bodily ascension to the right hand of the Father, His perpetual intercession for His people and His personal return in power and glory as King of kings and Lord of lords.
That man was created by God in His own image; that he sinned and thereby incurred physical, spiritual and eternal death, which is separation from God; that as a consequence, all human beings are born with a sinful nature and subsequently sinners by choice and therefore under God's full and just condemnation.
We believe that those who sincerely put their trust solely in Jesus Christ as Saviour and live lives of repentance are those regenerated by the Holy Spirit and have by grace become new creatures. We believe that these people alone are delivered from the wrath of God in eternal condemnation and are received into the family of God unto eternal life. This work of grace that causes the heart of a sinner to be radically changed cannot be revoked or reversed.
We believe in the reconciliation of man to God by the substitutionary, atoning death and shed blood of our Lord Jesus Christ.
In The resurrection of believers unto everlasting life and unbelievers unto everlasting punishment in hell.
That there is one living and true God, eternally existing in three distinct Persons; that these are all equal in every divine perfection and each fully God, and that they execute distinct but harmonious offices in the work of creation, providence and redemption.
We believe that the 66 books of the bible reveal to us the mind of God and the complete revelation of God’s will for the salvation of men; and is the inspired, infallible authoritative Word of God. We believe it has the supreme and ultimate authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
In the reality of sin and its absolute destruction of the one who indulges in it habitually.
In the reality of Satan, the devil, the serpent of old who deceived our first parents in Eden, and his present influence over the unbeliever.
In the two ordinances our Lord Jesus Christ instituted. One being holy baptism in water by full immersion in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit and that it is to be conferred upon all who have repented and believed unto salvation. The other being the Lord's Supper or Holy Communion that was instituted by Jesus Christ for the commemoration of His death. We believe that these two ordinances should be observed and administered until the return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
In the Baptism and infilling with the Holy Spirit, accompanied by a supernatural empowering to be a bold and effective witness for Christ.

Here's a little information about HOPE CHRISTIAN CHURCH
This church began its journey in 2008 as a church plant in the Springwood area of South Brisbane.
Our Message – At Hope Christian Church we desire to preach the single straight and clear gospel of God's saving Grace in His Son Jesus Christ.
That, "Christ has come into this mutinous world, which He made for His Own glory, and paid for an amnesty with His Own Blood. Everyone who lays down the weaponry of unbelief will be absolved from all crimes against the Sovereign of the universe. By faith alone enemies will become happy subjects of an everlasting kingdom of justice and joy." ~ John Piper
At Hope Christian Church we endeavour to make our very existence entirely about the glory of God. It is our desire that this would be evident in how we conduct our worship services. Here are some ways we hope to put this into practice.
Hope Christian Church is a Non-Denominational Reformed church.
The term 'Reformed' can often mean varying things so let us explain what it means to us.
Simply speaking, it means that along with other protestant churches, we trace our roots back to the reformation (of course we also trace our roots further back to the Apostolic Age). This was when the Bible and its message of salvation by grace, through faith (Eph 2:8) was rediscovered and restored to the church. This clear message had tragically fallen into neglect and a works based salvation had been deceitfully substituted for it. This return to the Bible and its message of salvation by grace alone, through faith alone, brought freedom and salvation to the people and restored the Bible, God’s Holy book, back to the people. When we say we are reformed we mean we hold to what are affectionately known as the Five Solas of the Reformation.
Sola Scriptura – ‘By scripture alone’ This states that salvation is revealed in the scriptures (Holy Bible) alone and that the entirety of the scripture is God’s inerrant, infallible, all-authoritative word.
Sola Fide – ‘By faith alone’ This states that redemption, that is, salvation from sin and the penalty of sin, is by one’s faith in Christ alone, apart from any works or deeds done. Salvation is contingent on Christ’s merit and His goodness alone. Therefore if anyone desires to be saved they must wholeheartedly believe and put their entire faith in Jesus Christ the Lord, and in Him alone.
Sola Gratia – ‘By grace alone’ This states that for the Believer (the one who has put their entire faith in Christ), salvation is by God’s grace alone. They are saved and kept by God’s grace, resulting in their eternal happiness and joy in heaven. They could never have earned it or deserved it themselves.
Solus Christus – ‘Christ alone’ or ‘through Christ alone’ This states that Christ Jesus alone provides the only satisfactory atonement for guilt and sin. Therefore in Him alone is salvation and in no other religion, system of philosophy or so-called saviour can it be found. It’s only in Christ and through His incarnation (though being God He took on flesh and was born into humanity); His sinless life, being perfectly obedient to God’s law; His death, burial and resurrection. And in this (Christ) ALONE is there hope of redemption.
Soli Deo Gloria – ‘Glory to God alone’ This states that all this is for God’s glory alone. The individual is saved by grace through faith in Christ Jesus, and was redeemed, first and foremost, to bring God glory. In order that His eternal mercy and grace might be forever demonstrated, He saved sinners. No glory is ever shared with any church or denomination, man or movement, but all glory for sinners saved goes to God alone.
So in a sentence the solas might be rendered like this:
‘Salvation is revealed in the scriptures alone, received through faith alone, by grace alone, in Christ Jesus alone, all for the glory of God alone!’
